MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE

Our management is here to help! Management team members are onsite Monday through Saturday ready to assist.

Riverside Park Apartments offers a team of maintenance professionals and an after-hours emergency maintenance line to call for emergencies.

If you indicate permission on your work order, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're out and about.

If you are locked out during business hours, the onsite team is happy to help. If you are locked out after-hours, please call a locksmith. Emergancy mainteance will not be able to come out for a lock out.

AMENITIES

Yes, park is available all around the property. We have no assigned park spots.

Our apartments in Tulsa OK, offer the amenities that provide you with the activities you love. Spend your Saturday morning reading a new book by the pool, and easily accomplish your fitness goals at the fitness center! We also provide a dog park, for your furry friends. There is easy access to walk along the river as well!

Riverside Park Apartments is proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats and up to 2 pets per home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about weight requirements or pet rent!

At Riverside Park Apartments, you will have an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher to help you get chores done, so you can do more of what you love. Here, you can easily stay cool with the central A/C and cook to your heart's content with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a stove, microwave, fridge, and so much more.

Our apartments are unfurnished meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEASING

We aim to approve all applications within 36 hours. If you have questions about the status of your application, please call our leasing team!

At Riverside Park Apartments, paying rent is made easy. You can choose to make your payments online with a bank account, debit, or credit card, or our office team is able to accept personal checks or certified funds!

When living at Riverside Park Apartments, renters' insurance is required. We offer a master policy for all our residents, or you may supply your own 3rd party policy. For more information on renter's insurance, contact our leasing team, who would be happy to discuss!

At Riverside Park Apartments we have Cox cable and internet already installed for you and ready to go. You will find the router in your apartment upon move in. You will be given instructions on how to do a quick connect for your service at the time of move in.

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.

At Riverside Park Apartement the only utility you will need to set up is you electric with PSO.

Utilities such as water, trash, sewer, electricity, alarm fees, and all others utility fees, will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

When reviewing an application to rent at Riverside Park Apartments, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 3 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 6 times (gross market rent)

Past rental qualification is at least 12 months of verifiable rental history and or mortgage history in good standing.

Our property uses SOFTWARE to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide another verification method, such as banking information or past paystubs to validate income.

Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience of these apartments, schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.

Yes! We offer self-guided tours here so you can take a look at our property when it is most convenient to you.

Of course! When you schedule a self-guided tour, you can set your own pace and even choose to skip seeing amenities, going straight to the apartment if you need.

For the safety and security of our property, team, and residents, photo ID is required for anyone taking a tour, whether it is guided or self-guided.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Riverside Park Apartments is a quite peaceful community.

We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask upon move out that the unit is returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.

Other then what is stated we have no additional fees.

Subletting and short term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited

We want Riverside Park to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!
