Posted On: 3/24/2020I wanted to take a moment and leave a review for a recent maintenance issue I had. I’m a recent resident at Riverside Park.... One morning, I woke up to the sound of running water and had found that my water heater tank had cracked and was spewing out water! This was on a weekend as well. I called into the office and requested help. Shortly after my call, the maintenance supervisor, Dennis, showed up. Dennis was AMAZING. He was prompt, professional, and had such a positive attitude even though the issue wasn’t easy and he was being called-in on a weekend. He explained to me what happened, replaced my heater with a brand new one, and did all of this very quickly. It brings me such great peace-of-mind to know that Dennis is the maintenance supervisor for my new apartment. Tremendous props to Dennis and Riverside Park!Read More about

I thought was great, but it wasn’t at all ( not going to say any names ) yet I had already committed by filling out the paperwork online . Next day I met with Aretha at riverside and told her about my situation , she worked her magic and was able to get me out of that sticky mess . She was so helpful, kind, understanding and very detail oriented in answering all of my questions. I was given a great tour of the complex , for sure there wasn’t a doubt in my mind that I was at the right place. The process was exhausting due to my own faults, but Aretha was very patient and understanding every step of the way. I like all the amenities and the security. I like that they also offer package concierge, so that I am confident that all my packages are safe and will be there when I get home. Everyone is courteous and I love the location. I also like that there is a balcony and especially the fact that there is a washer/dryer in the unit as well. Overall, I would definitely refer this place to anyone and anyone would be lucky to live here!Read More about
